Why am I getting corrupted videos when exporting a camera recording?

When exporting a video with the mobilesdk or with the smart client, it is corrupted.

By corrupted I mean that the video times and the recording time does not match or there are issues with the video.

For instance the first 10s of video does not exists (black screen and vlc just jumps directly to there) and the end of the video is cut. Probably wrong metadata?

Is there a way to fix that?
