I recently updated from milestone 2017 R3 to milestone 2018 R3. After upgrading I am having an issue with 2 different cameras in my environment. The first is a Hikvision ds-2cd2032-i. When I try to add the camera it detests the camera and then fails when downloading the device specifics. I reviewed the compatability guide and dont see that I need the legacy pack to use this camera. I also have a Arecont Vision 5125IR that will not show image after update. Please let me know what I can do to address the issue.
