A few days ago, @Anna Varsamou (Milestone Systems) issued a test license for XProtect 2017 R2 Professional+.
So, I am trying to test my ACM plug-in on Professional+ but, there is not Access Control setting anywhere on Management Client.
I think maybe It’s a kind of license problem. right?
I asked some questions related to this situation to @Tiana Vition (Milestone Systems) but, she recommended that I should ask them to technical support(here).
can you help me?
In the MIP Documentation you find Access Control under Plug-in Integration, I have highligthed sections that should be most interesting for you.
Do you mean I should install MIP SDK ?
I think I have had an issue with the forum, it is first now that I can see the question, at first I saw only the header..
What I can see now is a license issue. I suggest you use the license chat.. https://force.milestonesys.com/support/MccChatRoomOverview
Yes , I will try to do that.
What time is the chat service available?
Should be available.. Please try again.
Let me venture a willd guess. If you have a test license a few days old I would be surprised if it is XProtect 2017 R2 Professional+. I believe it is against policy to issue old versions for trial. My guess would be that you have a 2017 R3 license. If this is true you need to upgrade the software by downloading the new version. https://www.milestonesys.com/support/resources/download-software/?prod=1425&type=11⟨=27
I hope you get to license chat, they can easily decipher the version by the software license code (SLC).
