When we try to view the smart client at the client workstation the error message “Connection failed, retrying…” comes out at the view panes. But there is no issue if we view from the server. We try to ping the server IP and there is also no issue. We already tried to disable the firewall but it still showing the same error. The problem is solve when the internet connection is enable at the client workstation. Plus when we tick the Internet access at the server the view all seem to be lost. Kindly provide the solution to view the smart client without the internet connection at the client workstation.
