XProtect viewer does not work but Management Application does.

Our cameras stopped working suddenly. We are able to view them live from the management application, but not from the smart viewer. I installed the smart viewer on the NVR server and connected to localhost and they still do not work.

We are running XProtect Express 2016 on Windows 2012 Server

I don’t understand why my Management Application receives live video, but the smart client does not.

As this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
