Please watch the last seconds in the record. I checked logs and find this below. What may cause this when using GetLiveFrame Method?
Or is there any other reason?

Does this issue always happen when you use the camera with the driver you developed?
Have you seen the issue when you use another camera which is not one you developed a driver for?
Which version of MIP SDK and XProtect VMS are you using?
There are two cases in which it will happen as I see.
(1) When CPU usage is over 90%, use the camera with the driver I developed, it will happen. And it will happen when I use the camera with ONVIF, but in much smaller probability.
(2) The video resolution is 2592* 1944(default 720P),and I-Frame Rate is 25(default 100), BitRate is 4096(default 1024), FrameRate is 25(as default), Encoding is H265(as default). The cpu usage is about 40%.With my driver. It will happen in this case, not in default case. And it dosn`t happen with ONVIF.
MIP SDK verstion is 2020R3, XProtect VMS verstion is 2021R2.
Please try with the newest MIP SDK, let us know if the issue remains.
Thanks for the reply. I also want to know how to enlarge the buttons. Now, I will visit ogscapital.com/article/mobile-home-park-business-plan-sample/ here because I want to read mobile home park business plan and I found sample on that website.
