We are using Active Directory (AD) authentication with Milestone. When we log in to the Management Server using an AD account, the login is successful on one machine. However, when we try to log in using the same AD account on a different machine, the login fails. This issue occurs both in the Milestone Smart Client and when using the Milestone SDK.

When we use Basic Authentication, the login works without any issues on all machines. Therefore, this problem appears to be related to AD authentication in Milestone version 2025 R2.
