When I tried to export the access report, the report is fine but there’s no snapshot in it.
This Door is already associated with a camera.
The first step of troubleshooting suggestion.
The simplest explanation might be that no video was recorded at the time, you can test this.. If you use a regular camera view can you see that video is recorded at the time for the camera? Do you see the images elsewhere but not when exporting the access report?
