I have configured some cameras in Milestone smart Client ,I want to access these cameras on the web browser globally without using mobile server or web client.?

If you develop something to replace the Mobile Server and Milestone clients then it is possible. Out of the box accessing a camera globally on a browser would require you to use Mobile Server and web client. I hope this answers your question.

You could use cURL to authenticate behind the scenes.
