Achiving is enabled but cant see video past 7 days retention period

Hi All,

I need some help, achiving is enabled but cant see video past 7 days retention period.

When i try and playback a video past 7 days i get “before database start” displayed, i am 100% sure there is video before 7 days.

What could be the issue.

  1. Retention time set to 7 days?
  2. Retention time set to more than 7 days, but archive HD is not big enough, so video is deleted after 7 days?
  3. Gremlins in the computer deleting files older than 7 days?

How far back do the folder dates in your archive location go?
