I found that if i delete device from recording server, corresponding recorded video deleted together. How can the recorded video not be deleted,and if i add this device to recording server again, the recorded video can still be used in smart client?

If you delete a device the footage is deleted. This is a irreversible process and the footage cannot be recovered.
In the Management Client you can use the Replace Camera wizard. This gives you the option of replacing the old device with a new one, and let all recorded footage and audio etc. stay and become associated with the new device. Instead of being deleted the old recording data is now found under the new device.
The Replace Camera wizard can be used in the Management Client, this functionality is unfortunately not supported by the MIP SDK currently.
