Add New Alarm Definition

I’m using Milestone XProtect Essential+ 2023 R3 version.

In Management Client, when I try to add the Alarm Definitions, it comes error.

However, It works well in version XProctect Essential+ 2022 R3.

I already installed Hotfix and “GateWay API”. But it didn’t work.

What else should I try?
