We are experiencing a delay for the “Alarm Event” to appears in Smart Client Alarm Manager for approximately 60 seconds when the camera resolution is 1920X1080. However, if the resolution is downgraded to 4CIF resolution there were no delay for the “Alarm Events” appears in Smart Client Alarm Manager.
I have attached some sample snapshots captured in our Ipsotek Porxy Logs compare to Smart Client Search, where we can see from the logs, the sending and receiving of alarm events is less than 1 seconds between Ipsotek Proxy logs and Smart Client Search.
However, the alarm events appeared in Smart Client Alarm Manager was delay around 60 seconds after the event was received by Milestone VMS.
Please could you help us investigate urgently as to what the root cause it could be.
