Alarm Setup When Camera Loses Video

I am new to Milestone and I am trying to setup alarms when a camera loses video. How can i set this up?

For the XProtect Professional VMS, I would recommend adding an Alarm definition, based on a System Event: “Not responding” for All cameras or selected cameras.
