My understanding of Alerts is that if a user sets it up manually, we the integration partner, can send an alert to their VMS. Is this understanding still correct or can we send a generic event without them setting anything up?
Second, if the user has “interconnected” sites that are routed through a Milestone Corporate instance, are we able to send alerts about that interconnected site into the Corporate instance or will it send to the individual Milestone instance?
