I think you must be missing the dependent files, you need to copy them from the SDK to your application.
Is this MIP SDK 2018R3? Is the sample unmodified? Is it still in the default installation location? Does it still have the "Post-build event command line?
Is the Mip SDK2018 R2, I don’t have modified the sample, this executable is in “[C:\Program](file:C:/Program) Files\Milestone\MIPSDK\Bin\” and i dont have the compiler in this computer.
I compiled the executable on my PC and then copied to the directory of the target PC.
Have a solution ?
I specify the operating system is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit and le framework is 4.7.2
Yes, the solution is to copy the needed dll’s from the development PC to the target PC.
In “[C:\Program](file:C:/Program) Files\Milestone\MIPSDK\Bin\” the “CopyUIFiles.bat” will tell you which files to copy.
The target PC should not have the MIP SDK but the files from the bin folder of the MIP SDK has to be in the folder of the executable (VideoViewer.exe)
I have already copied all the files contained in the directory “C: \ Program Files \ Milestone \ MIPSDK \ Bin” in the directory containing the executable VideoViewer.exe but I still have the same error message when I selecting a camera.
On the other hand, I pass the step of the log-in.

I have teamviewer if you want, can I connect on site?
Please give me the full exception details.
Did the sample work in the development PC before you copied it to the target PC?
The development PC can not access a Milestone server so it is not possible to skip the log-in step.
Exeption :
When you cut the login, might you have cut the initializations?
VideoOS.Platform.SDK.Environment.Initialize(); // Initialize the standalone Environment
VideoOS.Platform.SDK.UI.Environment.Initialize();
Yes the initializations are done. Screen impressions come from the sample SDK.
Can you please connect with Team viewer?
