We are currently working on the video integration with Milestone and AgentVI and realised that there is no video overlays on video SDK (live and playback) as such clients are not able to pinpoint the affected Person of Interest, Object of Interest and Vehicle of Interest.
Kindly advise on this matter asap.
First, please verify that your plugin is installed and loaded when you run Smart Client. See following instructions -
Start Smart Client. On the top right corner, there is three dot icon (see below picture), click it. Select About. You will see all loaded plugin names there so please find your plugin.
