We are testing the included MilestoneMobileSDKPlaybackSample as part of the 2020R3 Mobile SDK release. We have compiled it and are testing against a 2020R2 server. When the app runs, it loads the cameras, but does not load anything for playback. just an all white screen.
Can you confirm this sample should work as is? Is there any other android or ios playback sample that is confirmed working?

I can confirm the sample should work as is.
If the selected camera doesn’t have any recordings, or you don’t have access rights to view the playback, then you’ll not see image (but you should see the playback controls at least).
Are you able to see the playback for the same camera in the Milestone Mobile Client?
There is an iOS sample for playback that you can check too - MobileSDKPlaybackSample
