Antrica ANT-35000 does not work

I am using XProtect Professional 8.1.

When connecting Antrica ANT - 35000 to XProtect at FullHD bit rate 16 Mbps, the message “The server has lost connection to the camera.”

Moreover, the movie may stop.

In order to solve the problem, what kind of setting should be done on XProtect side?

In the following cases, it can be used without problems.

Image size: HD

Bit rate: 12 Mbps
