API to track licenses -available-consumed

Is there any API available to track license consumption and license inventory automatically from Milestone Recording System.

We are looking for following :

1. API endpoint to retrieve consumed licenses.

2. API endpoint to retrieve available/purchased licenses.

3. Authentication method (if applicable).

4. Relevant API documentation or technical prerequisites.
