We write Milestone Audit Log fro our PlugIn, we realized your suggestion about the use of backgroun plugin. But now in the user column we have a strange indication, is there a way to set the user? Thank you.
Can you please document how the user or user column gets strange? Perhaps you can show me with a screen capture?

The scenario will be very different if this is not a plugin but a standalone service or something like that so please verify..
We have a little bit compless situation, we created items for our intrusion detection system sensors and we use them on a normal Milestone mapon the Smart Client; then we receive the commands doing by the user from the items in the map, our admin side plugin do the work on the server and the background plugin write the Audit Log.
Now on the server side of the pugin i can read the identification key (SID) of the user, and i can put it in the Audi Log message (not in the User Column). My question is: Is there a way to get the user name from the identity key (SID)? I don’t find a method to do it.
We don’t think this is a Milestone question but we tried to google it for an answer.
