Audit logs -user location

Hi, Team!

I deployed XProtect Mobile Server on AWS.

I’d like to get the audit logs and the client IP address of the XProtect Mobile App.

XProtect Mobile App → Internet → NLB → Instance(XProtect)

I found that all of the “user location” of login logs have VMS localhost addresses.

Does it mean “user location” doesn’t have the client IP address? (the XProtect Mobile App side global IP address)

For the Audit log the client is the Mobile Server.

There is no functionality in the Audit log to get other information through than where is the service that is connecting.

Your assumption is correct, user location will not have the IP of the connecting XProtect Mobile app.
