Hi everyone, I’m looking for help integrating an Axis A9210 I/O module with Milestone XProtect Professional+ 2021 R2. The Axis side is already working correctly and the module receives the dry contact (NO/NC) signals without any issue. In Milestone, the A9210 is added to the Recording Server, the inputs are visible, and the input states change (activated/deactivated). However, when the input is triggered, nothing appears in the Smart Client: no alarms, no pop-ups, and no reaction at all. I have already created events and alarms based on the input activation, but they are still not shown in the Smart Client. Is there any specific rule, alarm configuration, or limitation in XProtect Professional+ 2021 R2 regarding Axis A9210 inputs? Does this version require any additional licensing for I/O modules, or is this a known limitation of 2021 R2? Any guidance or working examples would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
