Hi Sir/Madam,
I have completed the integration development, which send the camera feed to the video wall. The sample which I was using is the video wall from the sample code provided.
It works fine from the SDK, but here is an issue:
I created a video wall and add the wall in smart client. I gives me the monitors I created in Management client. But then, it always show blue screen on the monitors, and I need to click on the camera icon from the monitor, and it gives me preview of the camera.
Please find the attached image. This is what I have, and it always showing blue screen on this.
I am using Smart Client 2023 R3 version, is there any way to resolve this issue? So, the user can view the camera feed without clicking the camera icon for preview.
Much appreciated if anyone can help on me this issue. I have stuck with it for few days…and couldn’t find any solution on this.
