Bounding boxes are hidden, bacause the metadata is out of sync...

I receive this message in the XProtect Smart Client

I can see the bounding box in live mode !

The bounding boxes are sent through the MIPDriver from an application (SmokeCatcherTest) running on the Milestone Server.

Timezone camera and Milestone Server are the same.

Time difference camera and Milestone Server < 1sec.

Milestone Essential+ 2018R3 (development machine)

My application SmokeCatcherTest stamps the metadata with UTC

PS/ This is an issue reported by a customer on a Milestone Professional + (46 camera)

Already tried by Milestone support at customer site … No solution !

My application (runs on Milestone server) and does the metadata time stamping ! Synchronization wise can’t get better than this

You keep mentioning your application, but this issue is a client issue. Please double-check the client PC, that is is correctly setup and synchronized. Please revert on the case with Milestone Technical support, this is an issue in the client PC and Smart Client.

There is only one PC.

I run the Smart Client from the Milestone Server.
