I am trying to install that camera in milestone.

I see that there is support for other bticino models.

I can see the stream using vlc or the synology survelliance app.

Is there a way to use it in milestone?

I dont know this camera, but try the Universal Driver

It is a standard onvif camera. I have entered the connection URL using RTP over RTSP and H264 as codec.

In VLC I can see the stream correctly.

I have tried the dirver called "z(legacy) Universal driver

no, that was already my initial configuration. It does not work

I suggest you take a look at the log files on the Recorder to see if an error is identified. You can also check if the camera can be configured in different ways - like setting default to H.264 or MJPEG. Last idea is to perform a WireShark trace between Recorder and Camera to see what is really going on.
