Camera smart client not showing up

Hello,

I added my camera to milestone xprotect management client (v13.1a 177), but it’s no showing in xprotect smart client (V 13.1a b 141)

The group appears but not camera inside, i click on the arrow and nothing

I connect with administrator with full right
