We have a PC in domain where is installed Milestone server and 5 other PCs are not in domain where are installed the recording servers. We have, on an other PC in domain, our application that connects correctly with milestone server (via your SDK and using a basic user milestone) but cannot get the recording servers informations and cannot display the cameras video stream. the same our application runs correctly if milestone server and recording server are running on the same pc. Attention the network manager has problem to put all the pc in the same domain. What is the possibile problem? How i can fix the problem?
Does a Smart Client see footage from all recording servers?
It could be a simple network issue, but it could also be your integration not using the correct addresses of the recording servers. If the Smart Client work I would troubleshoot if the addresses and ports used for the recording servers are correctly read from the configuration and used.
