Are the MIP SDK tools available anywhere to download for 2023 R2? I see them for 2023 R1 and 2023 R3 but not 2023 R2? Or, will one of these work for 2023 R2?
I just made the same observation, I cannot explain why there is no 2023R2 version. I know that it is safe for you to take the 2023R3 version or even the newest release of these tools.
