Can not login to smart client locally

The client PC’s lost connection to the server and can not login to the server any more , after testing, it appears that we can not login on smart client on the server it self. is this problem of firewall and port exceptions? or web server configuration on the Milestone server?

which steps i need to following to see if it configured correctly or not?
