I can not view H.265 camera (HIKVision DS-2CD2143G0-I) when using the MediaLiveViewer MIP SDK component example . If I select a H.264 camera, it works ok, but if I select a H.264 camera, the tile remains empty and no streaming is occurring. I am using MIP SDK 2020 R1.
When I connect through the smart client, the camera is displayed correctly. Turning “Video Diagnostics overlay” on and to Level 3, shows that the camera is using H.265 and that hardware acceleration is “off”. The machine is a 64 bit Window 10 Pro
