Can video be rotated by 90 deg?

Hi,

I have a video stream from an encoder.

All is well, except that the original picture is rotated by 90 deg.

Can Milestone be configured to rotate this channel (90/180/270 deg.), either before recording of the data on the Recording Server, or during live and playback on the SmartClient?

Some, but not all cameras and encoders can rotate the view (90/180/270 degrees), which can be selected like this:

For the XProtect Advanced (Corporate or Expert) Management Client: Camera → Properties → Settings → General → Rotation

For the XProtect Professionsl line (from Enterprise down to Go) Management Application: Camera → Properties → General → Camera Settings (Video Properties) → Rotate image

Please note that no rotation features are supported Client side, as this would put a tremendous load on the CPU.
