Cannot add an H264 stream into Milestone

I have an H264 rtsp stream, CPU encoded on the network. I can see the resultant stream in VLC but I cannot get the universal driver to accept it. The universal driver accepts the IP adress, I can add the URI and port number. However no amount of changing of the settings results in the video being recieved into the Milestone system.

Any ideas?
