Cannot get license from Server && Recording Server running offline

Hi,

We have this setup using the XProtect Expert 2016 R16 R2.

  1. Server 1 has recording server and Management Server, event server…
  2. Server 2 has only recording server.

Everything was working for a coupe of months and suddenly the recording server on server 2 is always running offline. The service is started but is always running offline. I read this article and suspected it was the time desynch between the two servers.

I resynchronize the time but the server is still running offline. The windows firewall are off on both servers and we only uses IP addresses, not hostname.

One weird thing that we have seen is that when we start the Management server and click on the license info item. We get this error “Cannot get the license information from the server” (See attachment). We won’t see this error if we power down server2.

I have also included in attachment some server log files.

Any help would be appreciated.
