Hi, I’m following the BoundingBoxMetadataProvider sample instructions, and I got stuck trying to link the metadata device to a camera. I can’t find the client tab in the camera’s properties (and neither the “Related metadata” list). I’m using XProtect Professional 2017 R1 management application with device pack 8.9a.
Metadata support is not supported by that product. Please use Corporate, Expert or Professional+ products.
