Certain specific audio input codecs don't work in smart client

We are testing the audio input of our product, the PERCEPT-BC100 and during our live stream audio input testing in milestone, we noticed that some codecs were not working. When those codecs were selected no audio could be heard in milestone smart client during a live stream:

* MP4A-LATM, 96kbps, 8kHz

* MP4A-LATM, 128kbps, 8kHz

* MP4A-LATM, 192kbps, 8kHz

* MP4A-LATM, 192kbps, 16kHz

* MP4A-LATM, 256kbps, 8kHz

* MP4A-LATM, 256kbps, 16kHz

These are the specific codec that are not working, out of about 50 possible selectable codecs. All other codecs are working as intended.

We also noticed that the issue is present only when the audio is in stereo but not in mono.

Note that every codec are working in other players such as VLC when doing a live stream.

It seems, the codes that you wrote on the post are not supported.

NOTE - I think this question is rather general question, not SDK. As this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
