The error you’re getting is coming from the recording server for one of the following reasons:
The recording storage where the device is currently recordng is unavailable
The recording storage where the device is being moved to, is unavailable
You might also get the error if the server is having trouble communicating with the recording server. Do you get the error fast - or roughly after 30 seconds?
If it takes about 30 seconds or more, then it is probably the communication between the server and the recording server that is unstable.
