CommunicationMIPException: Recorder offline

When trying to export a video file with MKVExporter we got an exception from MKVExporter .StartExport:

VideoOS.Platform.CommunicationMIPException: Recorder offline -

at VideoOS.Platform.SDK.Export.MKVExporter.StartExport(DateTime start, DateTime end)

at VideoOS.Platform.Data.MKVExporter.StartExport(DateTime start, DateTime end)

We have tested this for a few weeks and all export attempts have worked fine except in this one instance. We would like to know what could cause this and how to prevent it from happening again. What does it mean that the recorder is offline? All Milestone servers and our exporter software are on the same computer so there should be no network problems preventing them from communicating. According to the Windows event logs, the recording server was up and running at this point in time.

Can you see anything in the Milestone logs? The failed attempt happened at 2023-03-02T07:52:36.3984386Z

Can you please see if there is any other extra logging that Toolkit generate?
