The doors are listed in ConfigAPI, but we cannot see the cameras mapped to the doors or modify any mapping.
Does ConfigAPI support this? If so, then let us know how to achieve it.
The short answer is disappointingly that the ConfigAPI does not support this.
I believe it is on the wish list for future enhancement development work here at Milestone, but I will based on this question try to raise the awareness of this missing support.
Could you please clarify whether it is possible to get the list of doors & their status using the config API for protocol integrations as well?
Unfortunately my answer applies no matter if you use the Configuration API as SOAP (which the sample does) or REST (API Gateway) or the strongly typed classes in the MIP Library.
