I would like use the joystick of the bosh with milestone with version expert with camera bosh dome ip 7000.
Other question is use the joystick with playback mode and configure the button for select the dome camera.

MIP SDK does not contain any methods for interfacing with a joystick. I am guessing there is general libraries available from other sources.
MIP SDK does contain PTZ commands to send to the system to control a camera like in the PTZandPresets sample.
You can actually configure a joystick in the Smart Client settings to change the view when a button is clicked. So depending on your need you might not have to develop anything.
If you go about changing views from code I recommend that you explore the View and Windows tool plugin sample.
