Configure to automatically delete old Investigations that are over N days old

Currently, I need to automatically delete old Investigations when the export time is greater than N days.

However, I currently have a test configuration of Enable retention time of 1 day, but data older than 1 day is not automatically deleted.

Hi Khoa,

Yes, you have configured this correctly (assuming you have saved the configuration shown on your first screenshot).

Please do the following experiment:

  1. stop Mobile Server
  2. rename [C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtect](file:C:/ProgramData/Milestone/XProtect) Mobile Server\Exports\ to something else
  3. start Mobile Server
  4. create an investigation and make sure investigation is listed in Investigations tab
  5. wait 1 day
  6. make sure investigation is not listed in Investigations tab
  7. check [C:\ProgramData\Milestone\XProtect](file:C:/ProgramData/Milestone/XProtect) Mobile Server\Exports\Root folder

If issue persists, please upload here the Mobile Server log file.
