We tried to configure MIPDriver using multichannel metadata provider on management server. But, it is not finding the driver.
Error:- Failed to detect or verify the hardware’s driver, credentials, or address
What could be to source of problem.
Please suggest.

The MultiChannelMetadataProvider sample has some parameters in at the beginning - these is what the MIPDriver will connect to - if you have entered the correct machine name, port, and selected the MIP Driver (dont use auto detect).
Besides that, we currently have an issue in regards to using the parameters on the MetadataProvider - this will be fixed with next release coming in October.
we are giving all the credentials properly and also selecting MIP Driver only.
Same error coming.Please suggest some solution on this.
please check the port you type in add hardware, and that firewall is open on the machine running the MultiChannelMetadataProvider. If still an issue try making WireShark trace between the recorder machine and the machine running the MultiChannelMetadataProvider
