Connection to server is lost only during playback

Using XProtect 2021 R2.

Not sure when this started or what caused it but guessing a Windows update.

Live video is fine, once I click on the Playback tab I get “Connection to Server is Lost” using the smart client.

If I try the mobile client (Android) I get live video but in playback it says “no recordings found”.

There are recorded videos showing up in the timeline in smart client.

This is from the recording server itself with the firewall turned off.

Any ideas what this could be?

Should’ve added, all services are running.

If I go directly to the URL, I get a “file not found” error.

What file is this looking for?
