Connection without using DialogLoginForm

Hi.

How could I make a connection to a Milestone server without having to use the DialogLoginForm?

I want to make a program that runs as a service on a server, and as is obvious, there is no human iteration for a user to enter the user and password to connect to the Milestone server.

How can I make this connection ?.

Please see how it is done in the CameraStreamResolution sample.. This sample is a console application with a hardcoded login rather than a dialog.
