Continuous recording on certain times and motion detection for the rest of the day

Milestone XProtect Professional 2016.

I know there must be a way with all the settings within Milestone, but I cannot find how to get it to work; nor can I find the correct keywords to search to find the answer on here. I want to set the cameras record continuously during office hours and use motion for the rest of the day to save on storage space. Any help would be beneficial. Thanks.
