CPU and Memory Usage details not visible in the System Monitor on viewing through Milestone Management Client or Smart Client.

  • There are no errors logged into the Milestone Management Server and Data Collector logs.
  • Milestone Management Server and Data Collector Server are running properly in Windows Services.

I have attached a couple of screenshots of the Windows which get displayed on checking CPU/Memory usage details.
