Axis has checked the cam and see no issue with it. The cam is a P6634-LVE

Hi Patrick,

do you actually have any issues with your XProtect sofware? Any particular symptoms or anything going wrong? (apart from that error message that, if I am right, may appear in your camera´s internal server report?)

Hi Raul,

As far as I know the Xprotect Express 2014 is running fine and all the other cameras are working. This cam was replaced a while back. We changed the mac and continued on. It’s been rebooting for a while. Support suggested defaulting the cam minus the ip address so I did that yesturday. Am going back onsite today or tomorrow to see if that helped. Hey thanks for the reply.

you changed the MAC address? of the camera?

Ok, try a “Restore”, but we may need to know what you mean by changing the MAC…

Either way, you should monitor the camera at a lower level. If it is often rebooting, then there seems to be something wrong that is probably unrelated to Milestone.
