When I add a map on a client machine it states that message above? but on the server the map loads correctly and I can add items etc. but cant on the client I have disabled all firewalls restarted the event server made sure the credentials are all the same restarted the servers but it still says the same message I have tried reinstalling the client as well.
I suggest you take a look at the support forum - sounds like an install issue.
