Delete alarms from the SQL Database

Are these Scripts to clear all Alarms still valid?: http://download.milestonesys.com/MTSKB/KB000001711/

I did try it on my test System (2018 R1) and it seems to work. Not shure if it can be used on a productive System.

There is a very clear warning not to use this in something newer than 2014 versions.

Is it possible to get some new SQL Scripts that work with the latest Version? Would realy help.
