Are Silent Sentinel PTZ cameras on the list of future Device pack inclusions? We have deployed 4 Silent Sentinel cameras and integrated them on to our 25R3 environment. The video is streaming properly but the PTZ functionality is currently not supported. When attempting to control the camera from the Smart Client the start movement command will begin the PTZ movement but a stop movement command is not received by the PTZ camera. We have to stop the movement of the camera via the cameras UI. Please advise.

PTZ functionality for a device is typically added and validated as part of the supported device process, which is usually initiated by the device manufacturer in collaboration with Milestone. For devices that are not currently on the Milestone Supported Devices list, we are unfortunately not able to investigate or provide technical support for specific functionality issues.
We recommend contacting Pelco and asking them to engage with Milestone regarding support for this camera model and its PTZ capabilities. Once a device has gone through the supported device process, its functionality can be validated and documented accordingly.
